About Joan Dudley...


Joan studied with Diane Zimberoff and David Hartman at The Wellness Institute in Issaquah, Washington. Their programs have trained thousands of psychologists all over the world  in advanced clinical hypnotherapy techniques including many spiritual and shamanic practices from ancient modalities.

Dudley began her education in the healing arts in 1976. She went back to college and obtained a degree in psychology from Chapman University with a focus on addiction studies. She holds a certification in herbalism from the Sierra Institute of Herbal Studies following the program developed by world renown herbalist, Rosemary Gladstar and was trained by Eric Pearl in Reconnective Energy Healing. Joan is also an ordained minister with the Universal Life Church.

Dudley's professional business career began in the industrial equipment industry in central California and spanned 30 years. Her father, Mark Wilkie, was a pioneer in the field who successfully built one of the largest distributorship networks in The Hotsy Corporation’s history. She and a partner bought out Wilkie in 1990. Her husband, Rob, joined the company to shore up the sales department, assisting the growth of the distributorship in becoming the preeminent West Coast facility.

As President of Hotsy Pacific and one of only three women owners in the pressure washer industry, Dudley humanized the company and guided it through the excitement and pain of record growth. The Dudley's successfully negotiated the sale of their stock in the corporation in 2004 and moved to Prineville, Oregon to re-engineer their lives. Real estate was a perfect fit for a transition career due to the many years of personal investing in properties of all types. Dudley immediately became a multi-million dollar producer,  helping many types of individuals and families achieve their real estate goals and dreams. Her financial background and keen sense of market trends lent very well in guiding her clients to choose the best investments. She retired from real estate in November 2008 to pursue The Sol Center endeavors full time.

Rob is a licensed Oregon general contractor.

Joan and Rob enjoy many of the fantastic amenities that Central Oregon offers especially golf, their Harley motorcycle, skiing and hiking as well as the unfolding lives of their children and grandchildren.
